WORKING WITH SPELLBINDERS - NOT A CARD

It started with finding an unloved green watering can in the loft.

I have absolutely loved making this piece, it has been a real labour of love over the last few days.  All the flowers, foliage and label on the can have been made using spellbinders (the letters are from Tim Holtz Vintage market alphabet).  The flowers are made from white printer paper, coloured with Distress Inks and highlighted with H2Os.  The foliage has been made from some cheap old green card I found in the back of my crafting cupboard and coloured with H2Os.

I had planned to take a few photos, but there was more work involved than I realised and I was concerned the WWW would not have enough space for them all. LOLx

  7. Jane, this is absolutely wonderful and to be honest from a distance, and without knowing differently, I think they could be mistaken for real flowers!! It's amazing what can be achieved with spellbinders dies, but this project tops them all. Well done you, a very talented crafter indeed. xxx
